This notice describes the public website and its Early Access form. It does not describe data processing by future ENTENCY products. Some operator and service-account details still require confirmation; these are explicitly marked below.
Website operator
The website presents ENTENCY as an independent technology project founded and developed by Juhász Norbert, a freelance programmer based in Hungary. This identifies the project's founder; the legal identity and address of the controller responsible for this website have not been established from the available website information.

Information you provide
The Early Access form asks for your email address so ENTENCY can provide development updates and information about access to ENTENCY UP and the public ENTENCY GNS devnet. No name, password, payment details, or user account is requested. The public website has no account registration, payment processing, or contact form.
If you choose to email the contact address, you provide your email address and whatever information you include in the message. That communication takes place through your email service, not through a form on this website. Avoid sending passwords or other sensitive information.
Early Access: where your email goes
On submission, your browser sends a POST request directly to the configured Brevo sign-up endpoint at 251d9ba8.sibforms.com. The form fields are EMAIL (the entered email address), email_address_check (an empty hidden check field), and locale (currently fixed to en, including when the website is viewed in Hungarian). The form does not send the stored language preference separately. The provider also receives the technical information necessary for the network request, such as the connecting IP address and HTTP request headers.
Brevo operates sign-up forms on sibforms.com. The website submits to that service rather than to a repository-provided ENTENCY backend. The available code does not establish whether an individual submission was stored, which list it joins, or the account's confirmation-email and double-opt-in settings. Retention, withdrawal and deletion
The website does not save the submitted email in localStorage or sessionStorage. Retention in the Early Access provider account, mailbox, and any backups is not specified in the available configuration. There is no unsubscribe or deletion endpoint implemented on this website, and outgoing email templates have not been verified. An unsubscribe link in messages, if provided, can be used to leave that mailing list; this does not establish a complete deletion process.

Language preference and browser storage
The site's code uses one localStorage key, entency-lang, containing en or hu. It remembers the selected language between pages and visits on the same browser and origin. It has no configured expiry; you can remove it through your browser's site-data controls. It is a display preference, not an advertising identifier. No sessionStorage use or website-code cookie creation was found.
Cookies, analytics and third parties
The audited website code contains no analytics service, advertising pixel, tracking telemetry, third-party embed, or cookie-setting logic. The animated globe and background particles are visual effects. This describes the website code; it does not certify cookie or logging behavior controlled by the production host or an external provider.
Pages request the Montserrat font from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). The landing page loads COBE JavaScript from jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net). These connections expose request metadata such as IP address and browser headers to those providers; third-party JavaScript also runs in the page. No analytics call was found in the inspected COBE implementation. The Early Access request contacts Brevo when the form is submitted. Social and community links lead to Instagram, Facebook, GitHub, and the founder's LinkedIn profile; no social content is embedded. Following a link, or sending an email, is subject to the destination service's practices.
Hosting and technical records
The repository contains a static website and no production-host logging configuration or server-side application. A hosting provider receives technical connection information when serving pages. Its identity, access-log contents, retention, and any additional infrastructure-level services are not established here.

Where applicable under data-protection law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
